Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate accurate and timely transactions for donor reporting & deliverables
  • Responsible for timely accounting/reporting in compliance with Accounting &
  • Finance guidelines, and documentation of the same.
  • Monitor project burn-rates, compliance and grant agreements.
  • Manage budget, perform budget analysis, forecast and variances.
  • Ensure financial and other reporting systems are maintained to the standards required by the donors and external auditors.
  •  Assist Director-Finance & Accounts in the preparation of budgets and tracking of the same.
  •  Review of payment vouchers for vendors, petty cash, PF, advances and their liquidation to staff and consultant.


  • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience & MBA-Finance, B.Com/PGDM-Finance degree • Ability to work effectively with civil society organizations, project staff, and other beneficiaries.
  • Experience in donor finance reporting and ability to manage multiple donor projects independently.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Financial Management Accounting packages, MS Office
  • Experience of working with national international NGO will be given preference.
  • Experience in budgeting and budget analysis/Financial ratio analysis.
