Job Description


Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Social Development / BSW / MSW / MA in social work / Development Studies / other related relevant field of academics.


  • Should have 5 years of experience in the NGO / CSR
  • Expertise of managing variety of theme area would be ideal
  • Rich experience in project implementation
  • Experience of independent consulting to corporate or NGOs would be preferred
  • Freshers can also apply

Job Description:

1. Identification of NGOs, Vendors

2. Conducting the women and children related training and awareness program

3. Networking with Govt officials, Departments, NGOs and other stakeholders

4. Maintain regular contact with the clients, experts and ngos.

5. Prepare proposals, program design, implementation models, M&E structure as per the requirement of the corporate and program areas

6. Responsible for program implementation along with the other team members

7. Prepare regular documents, reports etc related to CSR program

Skills and Abilities

  • Willingness / Passionate to learn about CSR Consulting
  • Should have entrepreneurial mindset
  • Competent in understanding business cases, problems and solutions
  • Leadership qualities and people driven
  • Strong networking skills for NGO & Corporate
  • Good communication and presentation skill (oral & written)
