The Solar Trainer will be responsible for teaching, operating and managing the program at the designated venue and will report to the Center Manager. The Solar Trainer is expected to be present during the entire course duration.
Education and Experience
The basic qualifications we look for are:
1) Graduation is a must.
2) Excellent knowledge of Solar Energy, installation and maintenance.
3) Basic Computer skills and MS Office.
4) Should have relevant teaching experience. Freshers can also apply
5) Knowledge of home wiring and home appliance repair.
Key Responsibilities
1) Plan and conduct regular Solar Energy classes as per the designed curriculum.
2) Create monthly and weekly lesson plans.
3) Keep the sessions interactive and interesting.
4) Conduct regular assessments to keep track of student performance.
5) Share the latest Govt. schemes.
6) Teach installation of both off-grid and on-grid Solar systems.
7) Wiring and connection with the inverter.
8) Fault finding and repair of the Inverter and home appliance.
9) Work with the center team for the placement of graduate students.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
1) Effective time management, especially the ability to use the time in class effectively.
2) Good instructional planning and facilitation skills.
3) Interpersonal and team building skills; Positive attitude towards each student.
4) Versatility in teaching methods.
5) Ability to coordinate and work well with other staff members.
Salary
Starting salary 18k+ but depend on qualification & experience.
