Job Description

The candidate will look after all the agri-operations of the farm.

- He will be responsible for (but not limited to) looking after the day to day operations of the farm which includes planting & transplanting, nutrient management, irrigation, pest & disease management and harvest.

- Planning and scheduling of harvest & planting cycles based on instructions from the executives.

- Maintaining data records for each harvest & planting cycle and reporting to the concerned department head with the same.

- Ensuring maintenance of inventory for the farm's operations so as to ensure smooth production.

-Ensure the Farm is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Ideal candidate :

Should have a minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience.

Candidates with Agriculture knowledge/ experience will be given preference.

Should have a basic knowledge of MS office.

Should be okay with staying at the farm premises, accommodation and WIFI will be provided.

Be available on weekends as the farm will be functioning through the week.

Should be okay with travelling if necessary.

Qualification: Graduate

Work Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 yrs experience in Agriculture profile.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
