Job Description

The job entails working in different domains:

1. School Intervention

a. Creation of tailor-made plan for transaction of curriculum in different school

b. Creation of communication channel between organisations

c. Ensure end to end execution of the project activities

d. Track the progress of project activities

e. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for designing, developing

and executing processes.

f. Collate feedback from various stakeholders for organizational development

g. Act as a school relationship manager

2. Research Operations

a. Creation of tracking mechanism of conduction of research

b. Assisting in conducting research

c. Coordinating between researcher and school administration

d. Assembling data-base

3. Community Intervention

a. Support partners in community projects.

4. Network Management

a. Maintain relationships with Government officials at multiple levels

b. Maintain relationships among different organisations

5. Other responsibility

a. Assisting in office management

b. Assisting in content operation

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

? Completion of Bachelors from any recognised university is a must. Advanced

qualification in education or relevant social sciences is desirable but not necessary.

? Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of education or social work.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN A CANDIDATE?

? A person who can bring in innovative and original ideas to the table

? Familiar with Microsoft office and Google suite

? Well versed in presentation skills

? Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

? Fluent with verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi

? A team player with good interpersonal skills capable of consultative processes

? A self-starter with leadership and initiative, with capacity to troubleshoot, seek

assistance and guide/ supervise a team.

? Willing to travel for a few days in a month

SALARY

Salary and benefits are comparable to the nonprofit sector; and commensurate with

experience and internal equity.
