Key Responsibilities:
? To provide leadership to the team towards successful implementation of the project;
? To train and motivate the team members on project based capacity building, reporting and documentation;
? To monitor and evaluate the qualitative and quantitative target of the project outcomes;
? To conduct regular meeting with the team members on the progress of work, resource mobilization (Local and internal), strategic plan and risk mitigation;
? To maintain liaison with the Stakeholders and the government officials at the levels of the Block, the District and the State;
? To meet deadlines and furnish project related reports, action plans and other information as requested by organization and the donor;
? To coordinate with Accounts & Admin Team , MIS Officer and the Funding partner/s;
? To ensure coordination with the existing projects of the NGO;
? To perform any other tasks as required on time to time basis;
? To represent NGO in the meetings, seminars, workshops and other similar platforms;
Educational Qualifications: Master Degree from a recognized university (major subjects – Political Science/ Sociology/Economics/ Social Work)
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in the field of Social Development especially on WASH
Other Skills: IT – MS word & excel, ppt.
Language proficiency: Must be well conversant in Bengali, English and Hindi.
Working hours: 72 hours in a month (excluding travelling time) within Monday to Saturday (10.30 a.m. to 05.00 p.m.) 30 minutes for RECESS. Candidate will be required to work for extra hours.
Remuneration: Annual CTC for the position is up to Rs.2,16,000.00 and will commensurate with qualification and experience. Travel expenses will be reimbursed on actual.
