She should be an MSW or MA in Social Work, with specialization in Family & Child Welfare, Medical & Psychiatry, & Administration of a Child Care Institution. Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English is essential. This is a senior administrative position involving multi-tasking skills, handling a staff strength of 70, & matters pertaining to infants, children, adolescent girls and women, and skills in counseling.
