A South Delhi based NGO - Wishes and Blessings is looking for an enthusiastic, sincere and hardworking individual to join the team.

requirements are as follows:

- 2 years of experience in the NGO sector

- Experience in designing and managing volunteer programmes

- Excellent written and spoken communication English

- Ability to work alone and stay motivated as well as work well in a team set-up.

- Excellent management skills.

- Social media skills

- Perform under pressure

Key responsibilities will include:

- managing the volunteering wing

- handling and guiding Programme officers

- designing and monitoring volunteering activities

- Maintain documentation

- Develop proposals for newer projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ?23,000 to ?25,000.00 /month
