Job Description

ob Title – Special Educator for Hearing Impaired

No. of Positions – 3 (For 7th, 10th and 12th Standard)

Qualification & Experience – Bachelor Degree from Accredited University and B.Ed or M.Ed in Special Education for Hearing Impaired. 5-6 year of Experience.

CTC – Salary will commensurate with experience.

Location – Noida (Preference will be given to nearby residents)

Primary Objective: Provide special education students with learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop or modify curriculum and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to student ability levels.


Job Responsibilities:


• Deliver classroom teaching to students as per course curriculum

• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned

• Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify regular curricula as needed and assist special education students in regular classes with assignments.

• Conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan for instructional activities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing.

• Be a positive role model for students

• Create classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.

• Assist in selection of books, equipment, and other instructional materials as required

• Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required


Essential Skills Required:


• Knowledge of 10th & 12th NIOS Curriculum

• Able to teach all General Subjects of 7th standard

• Able to teach all General subjects of 10th

• Able to teach all General subjects of 12th with specialization in Commerce or Science
