Job Description

Qualification-Graduation (BSC Nursing, ANM)/ Diploma in relative field

Eligibility-1-2 years’ experience in training/teaching in GDA/Nursing or fresher’s with excellent communication & teaching skills can also apply

Key Points of responsibilities

•Time to time prepare event plans like class room role plays on different aspects, social workshops and national days linked with project with time lines and targets.

•Closely monitor the performance of all trainees and track the under/over performance on a regular basis and take appropriate measures to deal with quality training outcome.

•Ensure project is implemented, monitored and evaluated to achieve the anticipated strategic outcomes and impact.

•Coordinate with the Project Manager on a regular basis and update them on project task, activities and achievement and challenges if any.

•Roll out the training in time bound manner

•Make training participatory and daily update on what’s app group on different activities along with class session.

•Before 15th Day of training collect minimum 2 candidates each from every student’s so further mobilization team can counsel and keep ready the next batch.

•Attendance of students must be reported on daily basis and a hard copy attendance register maintain at the Centre too.

•All beneficiaries enrollment file must be properly checked and keep ready for any Centre visit.
