Educational Qualification—Minimum Graduation

Eligibility-1-2 year’s experience in training/teaching Girls students with excellent communication, teaching and networking skills, well versed with computer and can read/write in english

Key responsibilities:

• Plan/prepare classroom for training

• Help in conducting community mobilization drives to enrol trainees (only girls between the age group of 15-25 years).

• Responsible for conducting/lead CE class and closely monitor the performance of all trainees and track the under/over performance on a regular basis

• Ensure project is implemented, monitored and evaluated to achieve the anticipated strategic outcomes and impact.

• Coordinate with GDA Trainers and PD on a regular basis and provide detailed update on project task, activities and achievement and challenges, if any.

• Lead and roll-out the training in time bound manner

• Make training participatory and daily update on WhatsApp groups on different activities along with class sessions.

• Record attendance of students and report on daily basis and maintain hardcopies in computer.

• Support in placement of trained candidates to the local/private institution

• All beneficiaries enrolment files must be properly checked and keep ready for any Centre visits.
