Job Description

The purpose of the position is to extend technical assistance to VEERNI SANSTHAN in managing its social media activities: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Channel, Linkedin, Website and another social platform etc.

The major focus areas of the organization are girls’ Education and Health

Veerni is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of Video/Content Creator. The Video/Content Creator will be deployed for the making of promotional videos and still photography of the various activities of the organization. The position requires extensive field visits.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Responsible for capturing, editing, creating, and producing videos and still images for our projects/ work and events, also ready to give voice-over in videos if needed

•Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for organization websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

•Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

•Collaborating with internal departments and field staff to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

Other responsibilities

• Maintain a strong online organization voice through social media

• Evaluate important metrics that affect VEERNI’s website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

• Manage content creation for all social media platforms

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with Veerni Project’s goals

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)

• Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting non profit sector.

• Manage end-to-end digital projects

• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Skills & Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

•Excellent knowledge of video editing

•Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.

•Strong oral and written communication skills in Hindi English and Marwadi.

•As a video creator & editor, you would be expected to come up with creative ideas to make high-quality & creative videos and ability to write catchy contents

•Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.

•Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

•A keen eye for details.
