Job Description

1.To Coordinate with the MEAL/Communication Officer, Skill Development / Marketing Officer, District Facilitator, Project Accountant, LEADS HO along with Funding Agency;

2.The Prog. Coordinator will be responsible for overall implementation of Project with set timeline;

3.To Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Action Plan and Report as per the requirement and needs of the Project and Funding Agency;

4.Preparation of Project Progress Report

5.Supporting Monitoring, evaluation and Supervision of the project

6.He/She will directly, lead, manage and guide the team on their day to day results in the short term.

7.Liaison with different line departments related to the thematic area etc.

Qualification:MSW/PGRD/PGRM/Social Studies/Development Studies/Post Graduate from any reputed institution/university

Location:Ranchi but moving to Simdega and Ramgarh on regular basis.

Work experience:5 to 10 years

Age limit: 28 to 40 years Salary negotiable
