Job Description

Location: Noida, UP

Reporting Relationship: Program coordinator – Livelihoods

Nature of Employment: Contract

Duration: 3-4 months (Subjected to extension)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Training & Mobilization of eligible candidates and enrolment in the NABH training programs.
  • Develop connections with community stakeholders, hospitals, Nursing/Allied medical colleges, NGOs etc.
  • Liaison and facilitate enrollment of candidates from the project area.
  • Organize mobilization activity and college to college surveys for better awareness and publicity of AIF training centers.
  • To engage with various hospitals/hospice care/placement agencies for the placement of AIF's beneficiaries.
  • Bring onboard and deploy innovative solutions for mobilization leveraging technology.
  • Make phone calls and visit AIF students and their families as and when required.
  • Assist the Program Coordinator in maintaining and updating the AIF MIS database.
  • Coordinate for any center operational activity as and when instructed by the Center Manager.
  • Organizing community awareness programs such as street plays and taking trainees on regular outdoor exposure visits.
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 1Year of Experience in NABH accreditation process & procedure with extensive understanding of the NABH standards & Objective elements.
  • Graduate with Medical degree, Graduate with Nursing degree, Graduate- Any degree (with NABH experience/ Experience with liasioning in Nursing colleges) or experience in NABH Audits or Quality Management in Hospital

Skills and Competencies:

 

  • In-depth understanding of the NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) accreditation process & procedure with extensive understanding of the NABH standards & objective elements or experience in NABH Audits and JCI (Joint commission International) surveys.
  • In-depth understanding of the livelihood sector and programs especially on employability, skill development programs, and market-based solutions.
  • Understanding of skilling needs for youth and unorganized communities and the types of interventions need
  • Strong nursing college network that can enable mobilization of targeted beneficiaries
  • In-depth understanding of the NABH process
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills; sound representational abilities
  • Strong networking and representation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good research and data analysis skills with training and liaising techniques
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Willing to travel extensively to and within project locations
  • High personal and professional integrity

 

Other: Salary commensurate with experience. Initially the contract shall be issued for a contract term for 3-4 months, which shall be renewed on the basis of requirement of the program and performance.
