Role and Job Description- To create and manage sustainable agriculture, water efficient agriculture and water conservation related training programs, consultation, farmer/student development programs and annual events for PJRB-SPARC - a water efficient agriculture and rural water security focused institute being set up by FORCE. The selected person will set up and lead the following projects in Punjab, Himachal and Haryana

1) Engaged Scholars Program for students and farmers- To add to their knowledge/skills in sustainable and water efficient agriculture/ water efficiency technical solutions in agriculture and rural areas/ water security for villages

2) Water Olympiad and SPARC Awards for water efficiency in agriculture and rural areas

3) Personality development and Professional skills programs for rural youth and women.

Qualification - Masters in Agriculture / Agriculture Engineering from a reputed university, atleast 3 years work experience, computer skills.

Or MBA and/or business development experience

Or BE Civil Engineering

Personal Qualities - Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, commitment
