Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 for commensurate with experience.

Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital is a trust hospital started in 1987 due to the Bhopal Gas tragedy (in 1984).with severe loss of vision & blindness. The hospital is providing affordable and accessible comprehensive eye care services to all weaker sections of the society in Bhopal & nearby districts of Madhya Pradesh. Since inception, Hospital organized around more than 1900 Free Eye Camps, examined more than 30 lakhs eye patients and performed more than 2.75 lakh surgeries. Apart from this, hospital has also performed Keratoplasty (Cornea Transplant) of 1900 visually impaired patients, thus providing them with “Gift of Sight”.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description:-

? Work with Programme Manager & other key team members to ensure that all project deliverables are met in a high quality and timely function, using adaptive management approaches.

? A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.

? Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively multi-task and prioritize and manage workload while keeping appropriate personnel apprised of status on a regular basis.

? Liaison with the government officials.

? Is organises administrative and logistical aspects of project activities (meetings, workshops etc).

? Manages and monitors the monthly accounting and financial plans.

? Access, analyse Survey data; Identify performance challenges to be addressed; provide support by reviewing information at each phase of the project.

? Close monitoring of Project activity through regular field visits and activities being undertaken.

? Overall Responsible for day to day functioning of all Vision Centre as per project norms.

? Build and maintain effective working relationships with Staff & motivate them.

? Performed other duties as required.

Required qualifications, Experience and Skills:-

? Post-graduation in (Social Work, Health management, Public Health).

? At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Health sector (Eye health/care experience preferable).

? Professional fluency in English.

? Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

? Proven work Experience to managing a large team.

? Good analytical skills.

? To maintain Interpersonal relations especially with the subordinate staff.
