Qualification & Experience:
Required qualification - Graduation in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics and Commerce. Trained in basic computer software applications.
Minimum 2 years of work experience which includes-
Data management, monitoring and evaluations tools, data quality checks, analysis and interpretation of data on programme performance.
Maintaining financial records/accounts.
Knowledge and experience in the health and social development sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis field areas for providing on-site support to ORWs / PEs on format filling. Ensures that all the formats are filled in timely and correctly.
2. Update the program database in the excel sheet from the daily dairy format (ORW / PE).
3. Compile and analyze information from the data entered and share with PD/PM/ORWs. Ensure all registers are filled up and are updated by respective staff members.
4. Bring clarity among all the staff on formats Documentation and help them doing cross-checking of information for authenticating data generation
5. Update accounts on daily basis as per specification from the finance section.
6. Preparation of financial reports and share with PD/PM for an update. Ensures to send SOE on time to SACS. Provide any other information required by SACS/TSU.
7. Ensure that all vouchers are having valid supporting bill and approval signatures of PD and PM on the same
8. Maintenance of Stationery stock, assets purchased, verification of consumable / commodity stock and cross-checking in registers
Preference will be given to local candidate
Salary: Rs.12000 per month + (TA as per guideline)
Location: Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh
