Job Description

BRIEF PROFILE OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF H R FOR TUGHLAKABAD NEW DELHI.

Overall in-charge of all matters related to Human Resource, Administration, Establishment and Premises

Human Resource Management

1. Ensures that HR policies and practices of Prayas including Code of Conduct and all administrative circulars issued from time to time are implemented in all the project location of Prayas

2. Responsible for all staff matters including Recruitment, Appointments, Induction Training, Job profiles, Annual performance appraisals, Increments, Leaves etc. in coordination with all State coordinators and Managers

3. Responsible for maintenance of Staff Discipline and Conduct including Duty roasters, staff attendance, staff movement register, the enquiries and disciplinary matters of the staff in the organization

Candidates for the above position at least be MBA WITH PERSONAL MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OR EQUIVALENT, POSSESSES GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR BOTH VERBAL & WRITTEN WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD. OF H.R

Salary for the above positions will depend and finalized on the basis of competencies and salary history of the candidate.
