 Place of posting: Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Odisha

# will report to: The Director

Key Responsibilities

# will be responsible for managing the MIS of the projects that helps in preparing consolidated picture of the project objectives being gradually realised

# preparing reports and documenting case stories that are needed for developing engagement plan and strategy with key stakeholders with the support of project staff and related Community Based Organizations (CBOs)

# preparing audio visual and written materials required for developing IEC materials

# managing the social media publications of the organisation

Required competencies

# Have a flair for writing reports, presentations in Odia/English

# can shoot pictures and make videos suitable for reports, IEC materials and social media

# can organise and analyse data using application software like MS Excel/Access, etc.

# Qualifications and Experience

Master’s Degree in any discipline, preference will be given with at least 2-3 years’ of experience in development sector along with a degree in social work

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- 17,000/- per month (negotiable depending on experience and competencies)
