Job Description

FEDINA is looking for someone who will document the workshops and write a report after each workshop. Another task we would like to explore in the second year is for the documentor to prepare a report on the entire process by speaking to different actors in the OD process. This could take the form of a booklet and could offer valuable insights to other organisations, along with being a record of their change process for FEDINA.

The Internal Change Team and Principal Consultant will work with the documentor to create relevant formats for reporting both the workshops and the broader process.

The following are the skills we are looking for in the person:

1. Good english language skills, especially writing

2. Kannada will be the primary language for the workshops and understanding Kannada will be a necessary requirement

3. Attention to detail

4. Ability to observe and document group processes

5. A basic understanding of the labour sector

6. To attend all workshops organised as part of the OD process

7. There will be 4-6 workshop days per month and the expectation is that within a week of a workshop concluding, the report is ready
