Nature of engagement:

•Contractual

Qualification:

•Master’s degree in Sociology, Social work, Watershed Development or equivalent.

Experiences:

•4 years experiences in Watershed Development, Community Mobilization with a background on social development skills (participatory assessment, participatory planning etc.). Experiences in working with a wide range of stakeholders, development agencies, line departments and NGOs are necessary.

•Leadership skills for handling a team of experts.

•Managing stakeholders (Gram Panchayat, Senior Govt. Officers)

•Reporting, maintaining accounts is also a pre requisite.

Place of Posting:

•Namkhana, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Remuneration:

•Rs. 30,000.00 per month (Approx)
