Manek: Language - Hindi, and Gujarati

Duration - A min. the commitment of 2 years

Prior Job Experience Requirement - should have worked as a Trainer for Primary and Secondary standards for a minimum of 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To identify and mobilize girls of 10 to 16 years to develop their interest in formal education

2. To train girls in science and math as per the guidelines and course developed by Saath.

3. To be interested in life skills and to take the training given by Saath.

4. To readily participate in different activities of the program and of the organization.

5. To be interested in teaching and working with children.

Prerequisites

1. Should be able to commit for a longer duration

2. Should be interested in learning and exploring new learning techniques

3. Should be able to commit longer work hours

4.Should be from a science background. ( B.Sc, B.Ed will be given a priority )

Salary - Min. Rs.15,000 + Traveling and communication. Negotiable and based on prior work experience.
