At present, FAT has started to expand its work in multiple locations across India through collaborations with local groups/NGOs to adapt and implement our Young Women’s Leadership Program while also creating spaces for knowledge building and advocacy on technology for women’s rights. In each project location, we have Program Associates and representatives of local partners directly working on the field with girls and local groups. Each Program Associate is responsible for executing all activities of FAT under the guidance of Executive Director and Program Manager. S/he should be able to build partnerships, coalitions and collaborations with organizations working in the sector on similar issues. S/he should also be able to produce timely reports and field stories as per requirement for internal and external reporting and communication.
He/She should have bachelors degree and minimum 2 years previous work experience in research or/and programmatic roles within this sector, preferably in women’s rights issues.

1.Excellent understanding of gender and women’s issues. 2.Minimum 2 years previous work experience in research or/and programmatic roles within this sector, preferably in women’s rights issues. 3.Some past experience working with schools is an added asset. 4.Good technical aptitude, interest in learning about new technologies. 5.Any previous track record of working on gender and STEM would be a plus point. 6.Good networking skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional network of appropriate contacts. 7.Well-developed organizational, writing, creative and technical communication skills. 8.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. 9.Ability to multi-task, produce to daily deadlines, manage independent projects, plus work in a team. 10.Willing to travel extensively .
