Job Description

Bachelor's degree in any feild preferably in social work , 2 year's experience in public health, preferably in mentoring,good understanding of issues faced by young people/adolescent excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of maintaing privacy and confidentiality open compassionate and willing to listen and engage young people and is none judgemental with a progressive attitude can demonstrate a clear understanding of laws, policies and procedures pertaining to inform consent and confidentiality.

Fluency in local languages, both in writing and speaking.

Good data management skills.

Basic computer skills, especially those related to MS office monitoring the work plan of mentors/trainers, maintenance of records and registers, recording feedback and compliance with the ethical norms in counseling in line with the RKSK guidelines.


Age Limit:-

Minimum 25 years & maximum 30 years


Location:- Pawai, Amanganj, Ajaygarh, Shahnagar, Gunnor, Devendra Nagar Blocks in Panna District

It works at present in eight districts and 19 blocks in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh covering about 1,165 villages and habitations. These districts are Morena, Bhind, Gwalior, Datia, Sheopur, Chhatarpur, Panna and Agra. Dharti is closely working on the issues of women empowerment and tribal upliftment among Sahariya and other tribal communities in Morena, Sheopur, Chhatarpur and Panna districts of Madhya Pradesh.
