Location: Mahasamund district, Chhattishgarh.
Responsibilities:
For the purpose of smooth running of Branch office and Assisting Area Coordinator in
• Conducting a special meeting with all staffs at the time of starting of the branch and thorough inspection of poorest area has to be done.
•Dispatching of PRA related all sorts of essential item to the concerned branch have to be confirmed.
•Final selection of beneficiary through PRA.
•Collection of market information in regards to the enterprise possibilities in the respective areas.
•Conducting daily basis follow up after distributing asset by being present in the group meeting. And during visit, After asset distribution stage, everyday follow up has to be done by being present in one group meeting and during visit, follow up has to be made for verification of all sorts of data.
•Every month, conducting ADSC meeting at field level
•Interaction with Gram Panchayat, Village Committee etc. in every month.
•Bills, vouchers, leave applications to be sanctioned or recommended to higher authority, as the case may be.
•Submission of accumulated money of members in post office /bank and purchasing of additional asset will have to be confirmed and verified.
•Monitoring GRADUATION of 100% beneficiary must be visited.
•Being present during distribution of branch asset, distribution has to be monitored and all sorts of document related to this (such as NOC, approved budget, acknowledgment document, asset distribution register, CO register, signature of purchasing Committee) have to be verified.
•Whether the weekly home visit schedule of each and every staff of the branch has been properly made, has to be verified and confirmed.
•Maintaining of Stock register, leave register, movement register, problem & solution register, meeting resolution register.
•Mess Management and verification of mess register.
•Taking Measures on the report of internal audit.
•Verification of caution money and cycle loan of staff has to be performed.
•Monitoring the operations and reporting to higher authority
•Ensuring branch audit compliance in time
•Monthly performance review and planning for the region and branches
•Conducting different types of Beneficiary training.
Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent degree and having 1 to 2 years of working experiences in any NGO/Social sector.
Age group : 23-32 years
Salary : Rs. 18,700/- (Gross)
