Job Description

Job Profile:

 

The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing timely, factual information and data, as well as in-depth analysis on renewable energy, emerging technologies and innovations, and the link between energy and climate.
  • Writing daily reports, news stories, analysis and features, which would eventually lead to a consolidated State of Renewable Energy report.
  • Supporting CSE’s key role as a convener of stakeholder meetings and industry–government dialogue. These would lead to deeper and up to-the-minute understanding of the sector, technology and markets, policies and regulations. The eventual outcome is to prove policy and regulatory advice and development of strategies to address the evolving crisis of resources depletion and climate change.
  • Writing for the fortnightly magazine Down To Earth and using multimedia and social media to disseminate information and data that emerges. The team would also contribute to the annual or biannual state of industry reports, specifically State of Renewable Energy in India.


With minimum 3 years of experience, ideally with an interest and commitment to work on energy access and renewable power.
