• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the community service center, to ensure the expected outcome are achieved.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the programs in the community.
• Helping the team members to plan and executive program activities
• Coordinate with internal program teams to ensure the effective delivery of the programs
• Establish networking with external stakeholders and like-minded NGOs
• Able to manage data of the CSC, and analyze it to prepare reports.
• Handling the diverse team, engaged in different programs to work on the same goal.
• Address the concerns of beneficiaries, stakeholders and staff members.
