The main services provided by the consultant and his/her responsibilities are detailed below. The consultant may be required to undertake some appropriate tasks outside of these main responsibilities-these will be agreed as an addendum and variation to the contract. DakshamA Health is a small organization and consultants are sometimes called on to help in general trouble shooting and responding to enquiries.
1. LMS and CMS using various interfaces (75%)
• Support Dir IT in developing and managing DakshamA Healths partner organisations virtual education platform
• Support the development and maintaining of course curriculum and content online on Moodle and support the course directors in making the course accessible.
• Support development of guidelines and strategic online collaboration with e-learning organizations and individuals in-line with the course plan and needs
• Supporting Academy team through timely and clear communications using email, Academy website, presentations at external conferences and meetings, social media and other methods as appropriate
• Support all aspects of virtual education scheme including setting up meetings, maintaining appropriate and regular communications including email, virtual calls, e-Newsletters and telephone,
• Advise the project team for software and hardware.
2. Dakshama Health's webinars, podcasts and videos (25%)
The consultant is expected to contribute to Virtual Channels and support the delivery of the training content by capturing videos and podcasts of the courses and projects.
The consultant will also maintain the websites assigned to him/her and assure sufficient traffic and security is maintained.
