Job Description

Job Role: Project Manager shall provide strategic inputs in implementation of the Project and will be responsible for overall Project target. She/He shall be responsible for smooth implementation of the project across 3 chosen states and shall work closely with divisional coordinators who will be responsible for on-ground execution of the project

Qualification and Skills: The candidate should be postgraduate, preferably MSW/MPH or in any other relevant field with experience of more than 2 years.

Should be comfortable, skilled and excited about using learning-unlearning-relearning modern technology tools. The candidate should have strong operations and project management, a high sense of accountability, the ability to lead teams, a good time manager who is task-oriented, the ability to delegate work effectively, mindset to accept feedback constructively, and lead by example. The candidate should be willing to travel across the State of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh frequently.

The founder was a practising lawyer in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, with her first case being Public Interest Litigation to ban smoking in public places, as a result of which, a notice to Central and State Governments were issued. With the passing years, the army against smoking and tobacco grew stronger with addition of various patrons from fields like Education, Administration and Judiciary.
