Main Tasks
1. Conceptualize, design, and produce digital assets and multimedia creatives, branding creatives, website and social media content, and offline creatives such as brochures, booklets and newsletters as per requirement.
2. Work collaboratively with other teams to ideate and create marketing/branding content and materials.
3. Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
4. Contribute to online copy content for organization's social media and website when necessary.
5. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with our visual content and audiences.
6. Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms, keeping in mind inclusivity and accessibility.
Requirements:
Post-graduation in Visual Communication, Design, or related fields with 1 to 3 years work experience in designing, marketing, communication and digital media.
Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Photoshop, etc.
Previous experience in working with national or international non-profit organization is desirable but not mandatory.
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Photo and video editing expertise.
A good understanding of visual design principles.
Excellent English skills to edit and proofread copy if necessary.
Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
