Responsibilities
• Liaison at State, Division & district level and contribute in strategy planning, for GDM program implementation and management in the intervention districts and blocks.
• Work in coordination with program stakeholders such as State and District officials, partner organizations to plan and conduct GDM trainings, logistic procurement, logistic management and program supervision.
• Plan strategically to monitor and improve GDM data entry and availability in HMIS and explore ANMOL & RCH portal for integration.
• Strengthen GDM monitoring, evaluation and review.
• Support district authorities in scaling up GDM services up to HWCs and below and data collection & compilation.
• Contribute in GDM services supervision, monitoring, and review at State, district & block level.
• Coordinate with district and block officials to promote implementation of each component of GDM program in the field.
• Conduct visits to the other implementing districts as per need and ensure implementation of the program activities and timely and complete monthly data reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to achieve program goal.

• Attentive to details and able to produce documents and coordinate activities with minimum supervision to a professional quality.
• Comfortable with working in a multicultural team.
• Able to manage/ prioritize work from several sources. Ability to handle pressure of deadlines.
• Excellent organizational required.
• Fluency in spoken and written Marathi, Hindi and English required.
• Willingness and flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Proficient in MS Office
Qualifications and Experience:
• MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/Nursing with MD / MPH is desirable.
• 5-7 years of experience of working with public health programs, especially in Reproductive and
Child Health and managing program implementation, is desirable.
• Specific experience in large programs related to quality of care/ childbirth care/ maternal & newborn health will be preferred.
• Experience of working with the National Health Mission at the project or State level is desirable.
• Experience of conducting training, managing programs is desirable.
