Job Description

K B Haji Bachooali Charitable Ophthalmic & ENT Hospital is having 108 years history of ophthalmic service. We are working on various project through Outreach department for the eradication of blindness in Mumbai and Raigad district.

Job Location- Mumbai and surrounding area.

Qualification- MSW/ Post graduate in sociology or relevant field.

Experience- Minimum 3 year experience in social field.

Key Responsibilities-

• Coordination with donors and project team for the project work.

• Reporting to the programme manager accordingly project work

• Planning accordingly task.

• Visit to project place to monitor, review and extend required guidance and support to field staff.

• Arranged training scheduled and meetings.

• Data management.

• Any other responsibility that may be assigned by programme manager.

Required Skill-

• Willingness to travel & undertake field work.

• Knowledge and understating of issues related to Driver Eye Care Programme.

• Experience in implanting programme will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Function as a team player with leading.

• Ability to meet the reporting format.

• Good knowledge in computer proficiency.

Salary- As per the experience and qualification of candidate.

With meager resources in hand, in 1914 they set on to give free medical aid to the poor and needy patients suffering from various eye diseases and also started training post graduates in Ophthalmology. The hospital was commenced of 6 beds in a small rented block at Parel, mostly populated by Mill hands and labour class.
