Job Description

Basic Qualification and Skillset:

• Masters in administration (MBA) or similar course

• Min. 3 years’ Experience in NGO field, is preferred.

• The applicant must be fluent in English, Hindi.

• Should have strong communication skills, problem solving skills and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.

• Good communication skills, cooperative, able to self-organize and being a team player are the most desired qualities.

Role

To Support training and OD activities for the organisation. Establish independent and interdependent work practices within team through trainings. Maintain excellent documentation of staff training & training data. Updating staff records such as KFA’s, PG’s, feedbacks, trainings records from OD point of view. Planning, procurement & mobilisation of resource materials.

Your Job description is:

[1] Providing admin support to programs, finance in general as may be needed from time to time

[2] Support to new offices, Oversight of spaces, Housekeeping oversight [c]Procuring quotations, material, equipment’s, office maintenance

[3] Planning for various material requirements & other program needs, costing for events, conferences, trainings etc.

[4] Contact and co-ordination, in support function, with volunteers, interns, students, visitors, etc. wrt. Seher program

[5] Support for travels, visitors, events, stock maintenance on task sharing with team

[6] Supporting routine staff recruitments and contracting as per templates

[7] Co-ordinating for new staff induction

[8] Co-ordinating role in trainings, training plans, reviews & record keeping , maintaining calendar of events

[10] Developing HR, OD modules for trainings HR research, if any

[11] Working with consultants on OD trainings, workshops and activities

[12] Maintaining excellent records of all personnel.

Appointment: For 3 Years

Salary: Based on Experience & Qualification.
