Shikshantar Andolan is looking to hire a Senior Coordinator to lead Tribal-versity, an exciting alternative education project in a tribal village in Southern Rajasthan. No degrees or diplomas required to apply. Candidates should have 10+ years of practical experience with experiential learning, democratic learning space, design thinking, media and storytelling, and social entrepreneurship learning models. They should have a commitment to challenge and disrupt the current factory schooling paradigm. They should be committed to strengthening tribal culture and local economy.

Candidates should have:

- a strong desire to work with youth (16-27 age group);

- strong commitment to living in a tribal village and collaborating with tribal communities;

- strong communication, mentoring/coaching, facilitation and management skills;

- fluency in Hindi and English;

- ability to work in a flexible, evolving, sometimes chaotic environment;

- a personal commitment to continuous learning and unlearning.
