Job Description

 Provide administrative support for all executives  Manage the schedule/calendar  Provide information to callers and visitors  Determine reason for call or visit and prepares necessary documents  Screen & handle telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing wih administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate  Co-ordinate for all travel related arrangements  Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues  Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required

Graduation - Graduate-Other

 Good Communication ( verbal & written )  Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill  Able to solve problems in a measured and creative way  Able to independently assessing a wide variety of tasks, and be proactive in relation to identifying and undertaking activities that are to the benefit of the business  Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software  Inter Personal skills to demonstrate Go-Getter Attitude  Professional ethical standards to deliver
