Provide administrative support for all executives Manage the schedule/calendar Provide information to callers and visitors Determine reason for call or visit and prepares necessary documents Screen & handle telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing wih administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate Co-ordinate for all travel related arrangements Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required
Minimum of 3 Years in administration. Preferred male candidates not be more than 30 years of age.
