Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure our DRS program is implemented in Govt High schools in Bangalore IMPACTFULLY.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supporting the Program Coordinator and counsellors to ensure smooth and timely implementation of program across schools.
• Keeps the team motivated and impact oriented.
• Innovate to take the program school wide and not restrict it to being limited to the classrooms.
• Design and develop a community intervention
• Plan and coordinate industry visits.
• Plan and conduct college/career fairs in schools
• Volunteer training and management
• Coordinate with IT vendor to ensure the platform used for program monitoring is functioning bug free
• Recruit and train
• Create budgets for programs and monitor the same against actuals
• Coordinate with Government agencies
• Ensures that various aspects of the program are being delivered in a timely and impactful fashion
• Provides feedback on the uptake of various aspects of the program from the field
• Monitors and measures the pluses and minuses of the program
• Provides monthly reports to the donors and school management
• Learns from the field continuously and continuously works to make the program impactful.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: PG preferably MSW/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Anthropology
• Experience: TFI Fellows, APU Alumni
• Prior experience of program management of at least 3 years

• Has experience working with govt departments and managing stakeholders 
• Is adept at developing and managing MIS systems for effective management
• Is comfortable travelling within Bangalore City

• Can speak Kannada
