Responsible for day to day implementation of vision centre as project activities.

Prepared monthly, quarterly reports of project progress.

Regular field visit and train the field staff.

Analyzing quality aspects of vision Centre accordingly developing systems.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly plan and make goal setting plan for achievement.
