Job Description

Qualification: Masters in Human Resource Management & Master in Social Work

Experience: Person with a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in HR (NGO background will be a strong advantage). Fresher with the aptitude of learning and working with NGO.

Should be passionate about engaging with each employee to develop a deeply connected team in the organisation. Must have experience in handling the entire gamut of HR functions especially resource planning, recruitment, employee joining and induction.

The person should be a self-motivated and dedicated professional with strong oral and written communication skills and excellent inter-personal skills with ability and willingness to adapt and learn and keep an open mind.

Knowledge of computers, MS Word, XL, Email and HR Technology solutions is a pre-requisite.
