Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• To mobilize resources through Schools, Colleges, Corporates, High Net worth Individuals, Governments, Trusts, Foundations, events, direct donations, etc., for sustaining Don Bosco’s projects Pan-India
• Researching, developing and planning fundraising ideas.
• Develop new corporate partnerships, increase reach out to large and medium sized corporate organizations for project partnerships, employee engagement, pay roll giving programs, donation drives, cause related marketing tie-ups, obtaining permission in places like Corporate/Malls/Airport/Public areas etc. for fundraising purposes.
• Conduct meetings with potential donors and support closure of deals, to acquire new donor partnerships
• Revamp the Individual fundraising, with focus towards One-time donation / Regular donation
• Ensure compliance to all processes related to donor management and ensure timely and accurate reviews and reporting
• Ensure regular communication with the corporate partners to provide them an update on Don Bosco initiatives and their respective impact
• Develop and manage partnerships for events, co-promotion, branding with established brands to increase Don Bosco visibility and presence in the region.
• Design new fundraising campaigns relevant to emerging needs and emergencies.

Eligibility Requirements:
1. Preferably an MBA/MSW /Masters related to marketing, Resource mobilisation with 3 – 6 years of experience in Corporate Fundraising /Corporate marketing experience in NGO/Banking having strong communication skills both written and verbal along with an ability to take initiatives and a drive to achieve results.
2. Has individually done cause related marketing tie-up and events.
3. Willing to travel PAN India as and when needed
