Job Description

1. Project Proposal Development

• Understanding the requirements of corporate donors and preparing request for proposals (RFPs) for partner Don Bosco organizations.

• Coordinating with respective organizations to ensure timely preparation of project proposals.

• Editing, proof-reading, revision and further development of the received project proposals for final submission to corporate donor.

• Research and Content development for new proposals.

• Update the media team for social media post

2. Project Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations at multiple levels and update regularly on project status.

• Monitoring the projects as per the monitoring framework.

• Regular reviewing and tracking budget for timely and effective fund utilization.

• Managing and writing donor reports for timely submission

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Post-graduation in social work/other social sciences. Freshers can apply.

2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

3. Good understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and NGO sector.

Remuneration: Commensurate to experience and competence
