Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance

• Assist in compliance with applicable standards rules, regulations, and systems of internal control

• Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

• Process Accounting and Tally entries on time

• To Maintain cash transaction, cash scroll and timely cash deposition to the bank

• Keep accurate records for all daily transaction

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Assist the finance Manager in all financial documentation

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the organisation from time to time

Eligibility Requirements:

• B. Com / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience

• Skills and knowledge of Excel Tally, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

Remuneration: Commensurate to experience and competence
