Job Description

Development Research Communication and Services Centre, an NGO working in the development sector for about 40 years, is going to recruit a District Incharge for the implementation of different projects in South24 Parganas / Purulia.

The responsibility will be as follows :

Monitor & supervise the Field Mobilisers on daily basis, visit the field areas

Maintain effective liaison with local Panchayat, other Govt. line departments, civil society leaders, CBOs and other related NGOs.

To organize & facilitate the training programs, exposure visit, hand holding training, meetings etc.

Congregate activity plan & report from Field Mobiliser periodically & compile them & submit it to the Programme Manager.

Conducting monthly meetings with team members

Managing the documentation and periodic visits of donors.
