Reports To: State Project Manager- Jharkhand

Location: Any one of the targeted district (Dumka, Sahebganj,Pakur and Jamtara) in Jharkhand where the project office will be set up

Contract Duration: Till January 31, 2023

Level Of Contact With Children: 2 – Sporadic or Occasional contact with Children

The position holder shall be responsible to adhere & work within the ambit of Plan India’s Child Protection & Gender Equality Policies.

Job Description:

• Review the existing reports of the government & the reporting systems

• Develop project related data and information systems and develop project monitoring system

• Develop online reporting templets using KOBO tools

• Explore new approaches for shaping implementation strategies and ensuring data are available in all the time

• Compiling of all the data generated at various levels and analyze the same

Basic Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Public Health, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or other relevant discipline.

• Minimum Three years working on monitoring, evaluation and research in the public health

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing rigorous quantitative and qualitative research, rapid appraisals, and methods for data analysis

• Hands-on practical experience setting up and managing MER systems for health programs in India, and the ability to coach and train others in their use

• Knowledge of M & E issues and indicator development on Vaccination and COVID -19

• Excellent, reporting writing, analytical and oral presentation skills

• Demonstrated experience in supervising, managing and developing staff
