The position holder shall be responsible to adhere & work within the ambit of Plan India’s Child Protection & Gender Equality Policies.
Job Description:
• Overall responsible for the project implementation and management in both the state
• Nodal point of contact with the National level officials of Plan India, Donors, and Project stakeholders at the allocated state.
• Provide technical, monitoring and management support to the project team
• Support State team in preparation of implementation plan with timelines, accountability framework and budgets for state, districts, and block level.
• Provide guidance in developing a comprehensive M&E plan for data collection, management, and analysis; build the capacity of both project in the overall implementation of the Project.
• Review reports analyze & compile reports and share the final progress reports to the donors. Timely responding to the queries of the donors and other stakeholders
Essential:
Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the health sector, preferably managing community led health program.
• The candidate must possess technical knowledge on COVID Vaccination and excellent reporting and analysis abilities, capacity to communicate with various players at different levels and an ability to negotiate in a multicultural environment.
• S/He should be familiar with techniques of monitoring and evaluation.
• The suitable candidate should be familiar with the organization and functions of the state and local public health systems and COVID vaccination process.
• S/he will possess excellent team work abilities and the ability to work well in an inter- disciplinary team.
• S/he will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and English.
• Candidate should be proficient in the use of computers.
• Previous experience in the state is desirable.
