The Programme Manager will play a significant role in ActionAid’s work in the regional office. S/he will be responsible for coordinating the management of various projects in the region, managing resources, training/ capacity building of people in the projects. Reporting to the Regional Manager S/he will be assisting the Regional Manager in matters relating to programme, policy advocacy, networking, alliance building, fundraising, statutory compliance including the audit follow-up etc. Key Responsibilities include:- •Assisting the Regional Manager in matters relating to advocacy, networking, alliance building, programme audit and other activities/interventions. •Exploring the feasibility of new partnerships and growth in the Region through identification of compatible partners (NGOs, CBOs, Activists etc.,) and their networks through consultation and consensus building. •Coordinating and supporting management of Local Rights Programmes (LRPs/long term projects) and National Fund Proje
