Job Description

Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation (Shakti), recruit a Senior Programme Manager- Climate Policy/ Programme Manager- Climate Policy (SPM-CP/ PM-CP), based in New Delhi.

Reporting to the Director– Climate Policy Programme, the post-holder shall support the development and implementation of sector strategies and policies, through research, programme management, and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.

Applicants must be PGs or equivalent in Energy, Environment, Engineering, or related stream, from a reputed University. Promising applicants with 8-10 years’ experience shall be considered for SPM-CP and those with 3-5 years’ experience for PM-CP. Applicants must have a strong orientation to Clean Power and/or Air Quality. Knowledge of environmental laws, power sector policies, regulations, and contemporary initiatives at international, national, state and city level, is essential.
