Job Description

Centre Head is responsible in managing the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) with P&L Ownership. Broad responsibilities include:

• Centre Overall Operations
• Team Management
• Programme Implementation
• Mobilisation of Trainees/ Candidates
• Enrolment of Trainees
• Ensuring effective training delivery by engaging qualified and certified trainers
• Coordinating Internal and External Assessments
• Ensuring >95% Certifications
• Providing Placements to all the Certified Candidates
• Submission of Bills to the concerned departments
• Coordination with Government Officials
• Running Fee based programmes
