Key Responsibilities:
•In-charge to lead programme and the assigned field area
•Mentor and support team through feedback, regular review and planning meeting
•Design and facilitate workshop, event, consultation at district and state level
•Organise meetings with district level Govt. officials, institutions and other stakeholders
•Spend 60-70% of the time in the field to build relationship with the community and other stakeholders
•Develop accurate and timely report of the programme as per Patang standard
•Process documentation, reporting
•Utilise and maintain expenses as per budget vis-à-vis financial policy
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:
•Post Graduate in any discipline
•Prior work experience of 3-4 years in9 child rights/ gender/ education will get preference
•Ready to invest in own learning / openness to learn.
•Must be a team player and ready to work in an informal work environment.
•Must be ready to travel using local transport and stay in village/field area
•Experience in conducting / facilitating learning activities with adolescents
•Comfortable in using Microsoft word, MS excel etc. for documentation and reporting
Pay Range: Rs.30000 to Rs.33000/-
