Job Description

Location: Sambalpur (Odisha)

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and implement activities with adolescents and community people.

•Spend 70-80% of the time in the field to build relationship with the community members and other stakeholders.

•Mentor young volunteers/ community mobilisers for proper implementation of the Programme.

•Organize events, campaigns, trainings including sports activities involving youth

•Design and facilitate learning activities with children and young people.

•Organize community meetings, linkage with government departments.

•Document the processes and write reports

Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:

•Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline

•Prior work experience of 1-2 years in child rights/ gender will get preference

•Openness to learning

•Readiness to work in an informal work environment

•Ability to work with adolescents and community

•Enjoy working in teams

•Willingness to visit and stay in villages as and when required is a must

•Experience of conducting/facilitating learning session, sports activities with young people.

Pay Range: Rs.18000 to Rs.20000/-
