Job Description

Coordinate among the stakeholders, lead Planning & implementation  Develop institutional alliances partnerships for finance, sourcing and mentoring  Monitor and track costs and build implementing systems and reporting systems for the same  Liaison and support team in implementation as per commitment  Overall responsible for geographical scaling up-action plan for spread out in order to meet the targeted revenues  Plan for & Strategise Business  Lead & Motivate teams  Coordinate at State Level  Induct and maintain resources who support programmes

Eligibility Criteria

Should be a Postgraduate in any discipline - preferably in management and no preference on gender ; however age should be above 40 years.

 Good Communication ( verbal & written )  Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill  Good Analytical & Problem solving ability  Good understanding in terms of support required for small Entrepreneurs, HR Planning & deployment  Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software  Good Project management skill  Mentoring & Coaching skill  Professional ethical standards to deliver Self-driven, Deliverables / Result oriented with a positive outlook  Should have a clear focus on High quality & Sustainability  Should be reliable, tolerant, resilient & determined  Proven track record of managing large teams ( handled managers who lead teams)  Should have an exposure to general HR / People Management skill  Should have an exposure in cost-effective approach implementation
